TY for your response. I am providing some pertinent info to you per your request for my published papers and background. As we continue our dialog I hope to provide more of what you need for due diligence. The attached documents will also give you additional background. I specifically refer you to my Publication List for a glimpse of my publications throughout my long career spanning many fields. You can access most of my publications by Googling "francis c w fung".
I am innovative from an early stage. My first paper on Magneto Hydrodynamics in the leading fluid mechanics journal "Physic of Fluids" was published during my first year of graduate study at Johns Hopkins University. JHU awarded me a M.Sc. degree as a honor. I graduated from Brown University at the age of 20. My graduate project was a small drone with the jet engine mounted on top of the fuselage just below the rudder to allow more usable fuselage space and ease of maintenance. This unprecedented engine location predates commercial aviation design by at least 10 years.
In between my graduate study in fluid mechanics I went to work for Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory for one year. I published my second paper on Dynamic fluid response under zero gravity in an Air force Weightlessness Phenomena Proceeding sponsored by Lockheed Aircraft and the Air force.. On my return to Johns Hopkins I completed my PH.D. and comprehensive requirement.
My third paper, was titled The Vanishing Plate in Blasius Flow. The analysis calculated the wake flow of a melting simple returning space object. It was published by Proceedings of International Union of Theoretical Applied Mechanics on Unsteady Boundary Layer Conference. It was my PH.D. thesis and coauthored with the well known University of Notre Dame professor, Victor W. Nee.
From my publication list you may sense that my currrent passions are harmony renaissance and renewable energy inventions. After my 10 year tenure with National Institute of Technology and Standards at Gaithersburg as Section Chief, I co-founded Aerophysics Company with E.G. Liberator and Dr.Gabriel Bohler. Regarding our inventions, it is under patent application by our in house attorney, Leon Jew. His resume is attached for your reference. I am not at liberty to reveal more written information on our VPTG, HACG and AWEG RENEWABLE ENERGY inventions. The description I have already provided could be quite vivid for those practice fluid mechanics. I will explian in detail with drawings to your side when we meet. I am also more than happy to answer any questions in person to your satisfaction upon your side executing a simple NDA as usual.
We are currently under discussion with the Hong Kong Government, HK Science Park and HK University of Science and Technology to form a team to build prototypes and perform commercialization. The HK Government with provide 50% of the funding. Production units will most likely be manufactured and distributed by China at beginning. Hopefully future units can be built locally in developing countries to reduce transportation and support local job markets.
I am interested in sharing our vision with KPCB. We hope our own inventions can serve as the foundation for launching the GENEI (Green Energy Inventions) depository to help rural areas, reservation areas and developing countries to better manage their environment. That is unity of man and nature in harmony. It is in this bigger vision that we seek commonality with KPCB.

THE ONLY THING ANY WHERE REMOTELY CLOSE TO HIGH TECH ARE THE MICRO PROCESSOR AUTOMATION CONTROL UNITS TO MANAGE THE WATER AND AIR SEPARATION CHAMBERS AND THE PATENTED OPERATION LOGIC OF THE DESIGN.
ALL AIR TURBINES AND ELECTRIC GENERATORS ARE TO BE SHELF AVAILABLE UNITS. THE HOUSINGS WILL BUILD AROUND THE TURBINES AND THE GENERATORS. FOR BIGGER ELECTRICITY NEEDS MULTIPLE UNITS CAN BE EMPLOYED. THERE IS NO INTENTION TO COMPETE WITH LARGE ELECTRIC UTILITIES.
THE SECOND PHILOSOPHY IS FOR THE VISION TO GROW. IT IS EXPECTED THAT THE GREATER VISION OF THE GENEI DEPOSITORY WILL CONTINUE BEYOND CURRENT INVENTIONS THAT LAUNCHED THE PLATFORM.
