US CHINA STRATEGIC STIRLING ENERGY ALLIANCE
The timing is perfect for a second Stirling engine technology transfer to China. This time focus on US Solar Stirling engine utility plant experience during the last 10 years. On Stirling engine manufacturing, China has acquired some fairly high level of experience since my last Stirling engine technology transfer to China. Currently both U.S. and China has a head start in Stirling engine manufacturing. There is no better energy strategic alliance for the two major oil consuming nations to work together on this green energy revolution through Stirling engine renaissance.
I am planning two major activities. One is a Native American Green Energy Model City (NAGEM). Stirling Engine Partnership cosponsored the" 2nd International Conference on Stirling Engines." Time is right for another International Stirling Engine Conference to bring all the parties together. All your questions will be answered. You will be a partner of the Stirling Engine Renaissance Partnership.
This is a very high profile and large national strategic policy project. Similar to the work I did for the Chinese Nuclear power ministry before. It takes team work. However, I am convinced that solar Stirling power utility is an alternative to nuclear and fossil power in 21st Century as I reasoned in my paper “Green Energy for Electricity Initiative; Alternative to Nuclear and Fossil Energy”, written in response to Al Gore's recommendation. Thanks to many Stirling engine friends, green energy Stirling engine has finally come to life in 21st Century.
My US friends must have assurance that their intellectual properties are absolutely protected. The best way is for China to act through Stirling Engine Renaissance Partnership to buy into US technology ownership to start. Currently the three major U.S. Stirling Energy companies are not listed on the stock market yet. It is a great opportunity for China's sovereign fund to invest in key Stirling Engine companies to participate in the green technology revolution globally. I can tell you European and South American funds are heavily into these darlings of US Stirling technology companies. They will eventually farm out manufacturing to China. We will work together with our Stirling engine friends all the way.
To show good intent, I suggest that China organizes a high level decision making delegation to visit some key US facilities. I will made arrangements so they can talk to the right people in the U.S.
Farzam said Dr. Li has the right influence to the highest level of leadership. I have confidence in you knowing my background. Dr. Li already is in tune with my mission and vision on green harmony and Harmony Renaissance.
I am assembling a team of old and new Stirling engine friends to back you up. It is the most Stirling moment to work for green energy harmony with Stirling engine Renaissance.
